We are a family-run property consultancy in Inderpuri, New Delhi, and Delhi's only REMAX franchise. We have been part of REMAX since 2019.

Consultants first

Most brokers are salespeople with a project to move. We work the other way round: we find out what you want your money to do, then look for the property that does it, in Dubai, Goa, Sindhudurg or beyond. Sometimes the honest advice is to wait, or to buy something smaller.

What you can expect from us

Formal mandates with every developer we sell, so the prices and terms you get are the developer's own.
Checks before you pay: registration, title, approvals and payment terms.
Help with finance where you need it.
Your air tickets covered on every purchase through us.
Monthly follow-ups after the sale, until the paperwork and registration are complete.
Help with resale when you're ready to exit.

How a first conversation goes

A quick call back. Message or call us and we usually call within minutes during office hours.
Your budget and exact requirement. What you want the property to do: a holiday home, rental income, long-term growth or a Golden Visa.
A meeting, in person or on video. At our office in Inderpuri or online, with a shortlist of projects that fit.
Straight answers. If the budget doesn’t fit a market, we say so and suggest one that does. If you don’t know an area, we walk you through it before you decide.

Who we work with

Our clients are mostly investors and professionals from Delhi NCR: senior executives, business owners and first-time buyers of a second home. Budgets usually start at about ₹60 lakh.

The team

Karan Kalra, broker owner, leads consulting and marketing. He trained as a chef with The Oberoi before joining the family business in 2024, and now focuses on Dubai, Goa and the Konkan coast, and on bringing international opportunities to Indian investors.
