Godrej Properties booked sales of ₹8,008 crore in the July to September 2026 quarter, down 6% from ₹8,505 crore a year earlier, PTI reported via Business Standard on 23 October 2026. It sold 3,658 homes covering 6.2 million sq ft. Consolidated net profit fell 62% to ₹154.15 crore, while cash collections from customers rose 31% to ₹5,318 crore.
Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej said that although the headline numbers look muted, it was “a very strong operating quarter”, and that the company had delivered 43% of its full-year bookings guidance by September. He expects collections of about ₹15,000 crore in the second half of the year.
According to the company’s investor presentation, reported by Investing.com on 23 October, its best-selling project in the quarter was Godrej Crown Residences in Noida, with bookings of ₹1,036 crore. The presentation also lists planned launches in Sector 63A, Gurugram, and in Noida in the second half, and warns that its delivery target for the year may be missed because of the timing of regulatory approvals.
