  1. Dubai Dubai South recorded 12,428 home sales in eight months, more than all of 2025 ANAROCK says buyers near the new Al Maktoum airport are mostly choosing off-plan studios and one-bedroom flats, which has pulled the average deal size down.
  2. Delhi NCR Godrej Properties sold ₹8,008 crore of homes in Q2, with a Noida project its top seller Bookings dipped 6% from a year earlier and profit fell 62%, but the developer plans a much bigger round of launches in the second half, including in Gurugram and Noida.
  3. Goa Goa cuts the tax on aviation fuel from 15% to 7% to support air connectivity The lower VAT on jet fuel applies from 24 October 2026, as the winter tourist season starts. Airlines have welcomed it, but no fare cuts have been announced.

Yes. REMAX Shree Vinayak & Co. is Delhi's only REMAX franchise, part of the REMAX network since 2019. The office is at ER-28, Block EC, Inderpuri, New Delhi 110012, and is independently owned and operated.

Which property markets does SV advise on?

Dubai and the wider UAE, Goa, Sindhudurg on the Konkan coast, and Delhi NCR, with selected international opportunities through the REMAX network.

Can I buy property in Dubai from India?

Yes. Resident Indians can buy freehold property in Dubai and pay for it under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme, up to USD 250,000 (about ₹2.4 crore) per person each financial year. Remittances above ₹10 lakh a year attract 20% TCS, which you can claim back against your income tax. Read the full guide.

What budget do I need for a second home?

As a guide, Sindhudurg plots start at about ₹59 lakh, Goa apartments at about ₹75 lakh and villas at about ₹4 crore, and Dubai apartments at about ₹1.8 crore. The planner matches your budget and goal to a market.

Does buying Dubai property get me a Golden Visa?

Property worth AED 2 million (about ₹5.3 crore) or more can qualify you for Dubai's 10-year Golden Visa, subject to the current rules. See the rules for Indian buyers.
